Key Responsibilities
Support the Sales Director in managing the team, coaching members, and overseeing daily sales activities.
Conduct outbound cold calls to generate new leads and follow up with assigned customers to meet sales targets.
Act as the main liaison between sales channels, customers, and internal departments.
Proactively resolve issues and provide solutions to achieve both sales and customer objectives.
Collect, analyse, and report market intelligence on competitors, industry trends, account potential, and sales strategies.
Build and sustain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and key industry contacts.
Travel locally and overseas to visit key customers and strengthen business relationships.
Negotiate commercial terms with clients and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to finalise agreements.
Use customer and competitor data to support decision-making and refine sales approaches.
Prepare and conduct presentations for potential clients and internal stakeholders.
Develop and implement processes and policies to enhance business growth and sales productivity.
Identify, qualify, and add new prospects to the sales pipeline while managing and expanding key accounts.
Establish and manage strategic partnerships to drive business expansion.
Lead, mentor, and coach the sales team to improve sales skills and client relationship management.
Meet periodic targets for new customer acquisition, sales revenue, and sales activities.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally with industrial/technology products or solutions.
Strong leadership and coaching skills in managing and developing sales teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the confidence to lead and influence.
Able to identify market opportunities and evaluate potential customers and business prospects.
Independent, resourceful, and capable of troubleshooting issues and making sound decisions.
Results-driven, customer-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
