Your role
Do you know how to give Execution Advice and are you a motivated team-player with an interest in fast changing global markets? Do you know the different Algorithms in the Equity execution universe? Are you Sales driven and have good communication skills? We're looking for someone like that who can:

• facilitate Sales Trading including Market Side Execution for Equity Markets in APAC
• actively cover institutional clients front to back within our Banks Franchise
• effectively manage client queries, best execution and manual orders from Wealth Management clients
• support initiatives to improve efficiency, automation and manage risk; proactively keeping in step with market development.
• provide best in class Execution advice, including Market colors and Algorithm offering.
• help to grow our execution offering by actively engaging with end clients and show your sales skills.
• follow regulations, compliance policies, desk policies, procedures and guidelines.

Your team
You'll be working as part of the Execution Hub Equity APAC. We are one of two main global hubs for Sales Trading and Execution for all Equity and ETF orders originated from our global Wealth Management entities. Together with our global partner in Zurich (Switzerland), our mission is to provide flawless best in class execution services for our diverse client base.
Your expertise

• minimum of 2-3 years relevant experience with knowledge in Equity Execution
• advanced Knowledge of the various Algorithm in the Equity Execution universe, Bloomberg, Reuters and Excel
• Professional certifications (ideally); specifically, CACS paper 1 and 2, CMFAS 1A/2B/6 and 6B
• Programing Skills (ideally); Python to develop with our data science programs
• good attitude, motivation and working integrity; responsible and conscious of risks
• comfortable working independently, as well as in a collaborative environment
• passionate about the client experience, with strong interpersonal skills; able to build strong client networks, with an entrepreneurial mind-set
• self-starter, with the ability to cope well under pressure
• curious and able to challenge status quo
• fluent in English (Mandarin and Cantonese are welcome to serve Greater China clients)
