Sales Trainee - Direct Sales Agent
Employment Type: Full-Time
Monthly Salary: $1,500

Job Responsibilities:
- Actively promote banking products and acquire new customers in road shows
- Assist with customers' enquiries
- Provide good customer service and follow up with customers closely regarding their application status.
- Ensure proper sales documentation with strict adherence to Bank’s internal policies and business process.
Period:
- 12 months (Renewable contract)
Salary:
- $1500 + Monthly Commission (Based on performance)
Working Hours:
- 6 days work week, 11.55am to 9.00pm
- Sales booth need to be ready for business by 12.00pm
- 2 break times: 1 hour for lunch, 1 hour for dinner
- Opening/ Closing hours might differ; depending on sales booth that staff is assigned to.
Location:
- Island wide
Job requirements:
- Min GCE 'N' Level with at least a year of sales experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales driven and customer service oriented
- Possess drive, initiative & ability to work independently
