ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Support sales team on opportunities that require quote creation and revision, tracking of quote approval status, generating legal contracts and obtaining the respective signatory. The role will cover across different Sales Program Type including Field (Enterprise), Field (Service Provider) and Corporate Sales. Usage of CRM tools like SFDC will be high and on daily basis so knowledge of CRM system will be important. Sales admin will be required to validate the details provided by sales team and customers in order to ensure data accuracy in systems input. Supporting sales team on ad-hoc report generation and customer engagement is expected. Need to be a team player when engaging internal stakeholders. REQUIREMENTS Post-secondary or equivalent qualification, preferably in IT/Technology related field. 2+ years of experience in Sales Admin / Quote Support, preferably in IT/Telco industries. Salesforce, Siebel, Excel knowledge and experience is highly recommended. Able to communicate fluently in spoken and written English and be customer focused.
