Job Summary
The Sales Transactions Coordinator handles administrative tasks for account executives and sales representatives related to all transactional requests. Depending on entry level, this will be done under the supervision of a lead or senior resource.
Responsibilities
Transactional Processing
Works basic, small and medium transactional requests with minimal supervision
Is a specialist fully aligned to multiple sales reps
Maintains the ability to work all transactional requests from their respective sales reps within established SLO\'s
Is responsible for small project work in addition to their primary responsibilities
Secures all necessary approvals for all transactional requests
Data Validation
Ensures that all requests are processed accurately as per the request
Is required to investigate data issues related to specific transactions
Document Routing Administration
Is responsible for maintaining the incoming docs queue within established SLO\'s and KPI\'s
Manages, routes, and tracks all Sales documents, including Non-Disclosure Agreements, LOI, MOU, Quotes, Master Service Agreements, and customer profile forms
Ensures that all documents that require countersignature are routed to the appropriate signer for booking and SOX compliance
Service Order Validation & Configuration
Works basic, small to medium service order requests with minimal supervision
Assures accuracy of sales engineering specifications as per CRD documentation
Maintains the ability to work all OM configuration requests from their respective queue within established SLO\'s
Is responsible for small project work in addition to their primary responsibilities
Qualifications
0 -3 years experience preferred. Local fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Bachelor\'s degree from Accountancy, Business and Finance
