Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Offer best practice advice on systems architecture and CRM strategy.
- Lead technical requirements gathering and design workshops.
- Provide Salesforce architecture design expertise for integration.
- Blueprint solutions, mapping Salesforce features to business needs.
- Ensure technical governance and risk management.
- Develop creative solutions for business and technical problems.
- Lead project delivery, defining requirements.
- Mentor junior team members and establish development standards.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and architecture experience.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce OMNI Studio.
- Familiarity with public sector solutions.
- Expertise in designing scalable, high-performance solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying complex concepts.
