Proficiency in programming using
Salesforce SFDC, Force.com, Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Oracle, SQL, PLSQL and XML and their use in development of CRM solutions

Strong hands-on experience with Lightning
Components, Configuration, Customization, programming with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers and implementing new instances of Salesforce.com from scratch

Additional Salesforce.com experience includes Workflow Alerts, and Actions and Approval Workflow.
Responsible for implementing solutions that support business requirements and drive key decisions that improve processes and productivity.
Should have good knowledge and experience in support process and have ITIL Certification.
