Job Description
We are seeking a
Salesforce Education Cloud Developer/Administrator
to design, build, and maintain scalable solutions on the Salesforce Education Data Architecture (EDA) platform. This dual-role position combines hands-ondevelopment (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows)
withadministration (user management, security, data integrity, reporting)
to support student lifecycle management, recruitment, admissions, advising, and alumni engagement.Key Responsibilities
Customize
Education Cloud (EDA)
usingApex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Flows, and Process Builder
. Build integrations withSIS (e.g., Banner, Colleague, Workday), LMS (Canvas, Blackboard), payment gateways, and third-party apps
viaREST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or Platform Events
. Developcustom objects, validation rules, and automation
for Affiliations, Relationships, Course Connections, and Program Enrollments. Createdynamic dashboards, reports, and Einstein Analytics
for recruitment yield, retention, and student success KPIs. Migrate legacy data into EDA usingData Loader, DemandTools, or ETL tools
while ensuring referential integrity. Manageuser profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, and sharing rules
in a multi-school/org environment. ConfigureEducation Cloud managed package
(Admissions Connect, Advisor Link, Student Success Hub). Performsandbox management, change sets, and deployment
viaGearset, Copado, or Salesforce DX
. Leadbi-weekly release cycles
and coordinate UAT with academic departments. Monitordata quality
using duplicate rules, matching rules, and EDA Health Check.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: $6,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month
