Ensure efficient and effective assistance is given to Regional SFE Solutions Manager to enable an efficient and continuous functioning of Corporate CRM solutions.
Coordinate business processes, functional gap analysis and document it along with the standard procedure for the MIS migration
Understand the each country Sales and Marketing business processes then map into the corporate CRM solutions.
Work closely with Singapore SFE to provide MIS administrational support includes MIS user creation, configuration changes, brick settings, Doctor Information updates, Target & Priority updates and end user trainings. Allocate 20% effort for providing SG MIS administrational support with Singapore SFE.
Comprehensive technical knowledge of MIS in terms of the operational level and the back end DB structure
Identify the operational issues of MIS and provide the solution or workaround
Effectively manage the relationship with stakeholders, HQ and IT
Deliver the accuracy of KPIs through Business Intelligence solutions
Participate MIS UAT and coordinate it with country
Support MIS training of all country SFE via documents, checklists and materials
Process refinement specifically related to designing Sales centric business processes
Collaborate with business stakeholders and across Sales and Marketing in gathering, coordination, analysis and documentation of requirements using appropriate methodologies
Maintain good working relationship with customers, peers and other departments
Identification of continuous improvement within your areas of responsibility
Perform related duties as assigned by your manager
Required requisites
Experience and qualification
1. Minimum 5 years as a Business Analyst and/or Sales Operations role
2. Minimum 3 years working experiences with Salesforce.com, Microsoft CRM and other CRM solutions
3. Prior experiences with CRM solutions roll out and/or roll out coordination
4. Prior experience with Sales KPIs analytics
5. An understanding of key database concepts and architecture of relational databases (e.g. Data Model)
6. Prior experiences on the end user trainings and supports
7. Able to handle a volume of documentations, training materials etc.
