Job Summary
We are seeking
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developers
with 4+ years (no Upper Limit) of experience to enhance customer engagement strategy and marketing performance. This combined role involves managing campaigns across Email Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, and Automation Studio, as well as consolidating marketing performance data into a centralized dashboard, delivering actionable insights, and supporting ROI analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage campaigns using Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.
Implement A/B testing, personalization, and dynamic content strategies.
Integrate
Salesforce Marketing Cloud
with Salesforce CRM and third-party platforms.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather campaign requirements and deliver optimal marketing solutions.
Monitor and optimize campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools.
Leverage Einstein features (Send Time Optimization, Engagement Scoring, etc.) to enhance campaign efficiency.
Implement and manage customer journeys and automated workflows.
Create dynamic content blocks, AMP script personalization, and triggered sends.
Use Automation Studio and SQL for data segmentation and scheduling.
Ensure compliance with data privacy laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
Integrate and manage data sources within
Salesforce Intelligence
(Datorama).
Build and maintain real-time marketing dashboards and performance reports.
Develop custom widgets, harmonization logics, and calculated metrics.
Support digital campaign analysis across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Email).
Provide insights and recommendations based on campaign data trends.
Ensure data accuracy and troubleshoot ingestion or mapping issues.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams.

Hands-on experience with
Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer Data Platform).
Strong understanding of data ingestion, unification, and segmentation processes.
Experience with data modelling, ETL processes, and identity resolution.
Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem including Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
Strong analytical skills and understanding of data privacy regulations.
Proven experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools and modules.
Strong knowledge of
AMP script, HTML/CSS
for email development.
Understanding of customer segmentation, data extensions, and contact management.
Experience with Journey Builder and marketing automation best practices.
Working knowledge of
JavaScript, SQL
, and calculated fields in Datorama.
