About Singapore Global Network
The Singapore Global Network (SGN) is a newly established division tasked to re-energise our efforts towards building a strong and extensive ecosystem of overseas Family, Friends, Fans for Singapore. SGN leads the Whole-Of-Government effort to coordinate across agencies and strengthen our collective networks whose skills, affinity and influence could help build linkages to global business and talent communities, and enhance the international mindshare of Singapore as a leading globally-connected city.
[What you will be working on]
We are looking for a Lead/Senior Lead (CRM) with a track record of implementing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. You will be responsible for supporting the division\xe2\x80\x99s CRM function, data analytics requirements, and provide advice on key trends and best practices for CRM solutions that serve business needs.
Your responsibilities include:
Maintain and improve data management processes and accuracy
Assist with integration of CRM solution with other business systems and applications
Work with EDB\xe2\x80\x99s Information Technology Division to manage CRM system and data warehousing
Analyse data to inform business development strategies and campaigns
Be involved in the execution of CRM initiatives
Work with extended business units to facilitate end-to-end CRM request
[What we are looking for]
Resourcefulness, integrity, hustle and being a good team player are must-haves. Some combination of the following would help for favourable consideration:
Bachelor Degree in any discipline
Minimum One (1) to Three (3) years\xe2\x80\x99 experience implementing and managing Salesforce suite of products Experience working with Agile methodology
Experience with developing Business Intelligence dashboards
Analytical, data-driven, well-versed with Excel
Knowledge of in Salesforce CRM process / product trends, best practices and technologies
Consulting or Business Analysis experience Salesforce Administrator Certification
Exposure working in a cross-functional team environment
Experience in SQL data extraction
Collaborative, able to partner business units and work effectively with different teams and stakeholders
Good verbal and written communication skills
Proactive and self-motivated to learn and able to deliver in a fast-paced environment
