Retail is vital and better than ever. We are looking for retail sales executives who are passionate about retail sales and e-commerce and who are looking for a long-term growth position within a company.

You must love sales and have had previous retail or customer service experience.

Job Responsibilities:

Able to deliver a professional and high-quality service experience in a customer-facing role, Greet and determine the needs of every customer that walks through the shop, Strong knowledge of products and services offered, Identifying customers' needs and maintaining a continuously high level of customer service delivery and satisfaction, Engage potential customers and provide them with clear explanations of the company's offered products and services, and Attend to customers' feedback and challenges in a professional manner and follow through effectively and efficiently to reach a resolution.

Candidate's Checklist:

No experience is required although related job experience will be an added advantage, Good at inventory, good at sales and able to deliver, Accuracy and attention to detail, Excellent problem-solving skills, Resourceful and self-motivated. Remuneration from $1,200 - $1,500 Malaysian welcome
