Staff Management:

Recruiting, training, and supervising salon staff, including stylists and support staff.

Customer Service:

Ensuring exceptional customer service, handling feedback and complaints, and implementing service recovery procedures.

Sales and Marketing:

Promoting salon services, packages, and retail products to achieve sales targets.

Financial Management:

Managing salon finances, including tracking sales, expenses, and inventory.

Maintaining Standards:

Ensuring salon cleanliness, hygiene, and adherence to health and safety standards.

Client Relations:

Building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing advice on hair care and styling, and resolving any issues or complaints.

Training and Development:

Providing in-salon training to stylists, ensuring consistent service standards, and identifying opportunities for staff development.
