We are seeking an experienced and motivated

Salon Manager

to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our beauty salon. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth salon operations, maintaining high service standards, and driving customer satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily salon operations to ensure a pleasant and professional environment. Lead, train, and motivate beauticians and service staff to deliver excellent customer service. Plan and schedule staff shifts according to business needs and peak hours. Manage salon inventory, including ordering and replenishing beauty products and supplies. Ensure all salon equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition. Implement and uphold strict hygiene and safety standards across all treatment areas. Monitor the quality of beauty and hair treatments provided to customers. Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and service-oriented manner. Maintain staff records, including attendance, payroll information, and performance reports. Track daily sales, expenses, and revenues, and prepare regular performance reports. Promote salon services, products, and promotions through social media and marketing activities. Support management in achieving business goals and improving customer retention.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a

Salon Manager

Assistant Manager

, or in a similar supervisory role in the beauty industry. Strong knowledge of beauty treatments, hair care, and related products. Good understanding of basic administrative and bookkeeping procedures. Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Well-organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities. Positive attitude and ability to motivate a team.
