Oversee daily operations of the hair salon to ensure smooth functioning. Manage and supervise salon staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation. Maintain high standards of customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty. Handle client inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide personalized hair consultations. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Manage appointment scheduling and ensure timely service delivery. Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage product stock to ensure availability of quality products. Control budgets, track sales, and work towards achieving financial targets. Stay updated on industry trends, new techniques, and beauty products to keep the salon competitive. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards. Promote a positive work environment to motivate staff and enhance team productivity. * Prepare reports on sales, operations, and customer feedback for management review.
