Job Description
We are looking for salon manager! You will be responsible for Responding to client inquiries in a professional manner and with positive attitude Managing the daily operations including appointment making and serving customer Understanding customer feedback/concerns to resolve professionally Ensuring that communication among the team is smooth Ensuring that the premise is tidy and clean Monitoring and managing stock Keeping records of cash inflows and outflows Other ad hoc jobsRequirements At least 2 years of experience in customer-service-related field High degree of professionalism in customer service Prior experience in the beauty field preferred Computer literate Fluent in English-6 days a week with an additional off every month-12:30pm to 9:00 pm Weekdays-10:30 am to 7:00 pm WeekendsPay: $3.6k-4k depends on experience.Singapore salon near bugis!Please send your resume at +65 8817 0565.
