Where You'll Make a DifferenceExecute full-cycle production tasks including equipment cleaning, material handling, blending, packing, and in-process checks using tools like SCiO and BatchMetrics. Operate PIVs safely for material transport (forklift/reach truck license required). Follow SOPs strictly to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. Work independently in the Sampling Lab, managing workstation tasks with minimal supervision. Perform 6S and Autonomous Maintenance--clean, inspect, troubleshoot, and carry out basic repairs to keep equipment in top condition. Support continuous improvement by contributing to A3 projects and RCA sessions with actionable suggestions. Complete assigned tasks from supervisors/managers promptly and accurately. Maintain safety and cleanliness across all work areas to uphold operational standards. Demonstrate learning agility by adapting to new processes and continuously improving skills.
