We are looking for an enthusiastic promoter to join our team. You\'ll play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and achieving sales targets. No extensive experience is required, but a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn are essential.

Key Responsibilities: * Sales:

• Provide sales presentations and demonstrations to customers in-store.
• Learn to effectively communicate product or service features and benefits.
• Relationship Building:

• Develop relationships with clients and provide basic information about our products or services.
• Work on building rapport and providing excellent customer service.
• Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to support overall business goals.
• Participate in training & quick meeting sessions.
• Basic Sales Administration:

• Assist in maintaining sales records and documentation.
• Learn to use CRM software and other sales tools.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of business concepts and sales processes.
• Ability to work well in a team and take direction from senior team members.
• Basic computer skills.

• Islandwide stores available

Compensation:

• Basic + Attractive commission scheme + Allowance & Claim

Start Date:

• January 2024

Working hours:

• 5 to 6 days/ week, retail shift hours
