• Independent and passionate individual, used to a fast paced, dynamic environment

As the Samsung Galaxy Master, the incumbent will be required to lead projects, conduct and facilitate training, and provide insight and recommend improvement plans to drive sales. Samsung is a South Korean multinational electronics corporation that specializes in the production of a wide variety of consumer and industry electronics, including appliances, digital media devices, semiconductors, memory chips, and integrated systems.

• Conduct on-site training of new product launches/ refreshers to Field Force/ Promoters and Floor Salesman
• Conduct on-site coaching to Field Force and Floor Salesman in accordance to Mystery Shopper scoring metrics, in-store customer engagement observations and sales performance
• Lead and conduct consumer onboarding sessions (Smart Academy) and innovating our consumer experiences through research and recommendations of topics that are relevant to the marketplace
• Provide sales service in-store on weekend and collect insights through sales process, giving timely feedback with recommendations
• Provide weekly training report on promoter/store coverage and include clear documentation of improvement plans as required to drive towards sales, MSP and NPS goals etc
• Meet or exceed training KPIs including Samsung+ usage by Field Force/ Promoters e and Floor Salesman
• Participate in Field Force/ Promoter grading exercise and drive continuous motivation of top talents and improvement of average performers
• Assist in co-facilitation of training sessions to Field Force/ Promoters and Floor Salesman as required
• Assist in development of training materials with the training team
• Assist in any other ad-hoc project to be led by training team
• Working Hours
• Weekday (9am to 6pm) - 1 off day
• Weekend (12pm to 9pm) - 1 off day
