  • Should have worked as a migration lead on at least 2 SAP homogeneous and/or heterogeneous migration projects (can be on-premise or cloud).
  • Should have detailed understanding of SAP heterogeneous migration methodology.
  • Should have a good understanding of various SAP migration optimization techniques and delta mechanisms (e.g., SAP NZDT, Shareplex, etc.).
  • Trained on Azure, AWS, or GCP and should have had significant exposure in design/build of similar hyperscalers from earlier SAP cloud migration projects.
  • Should have an understanding of SAP HA, DR, and Backup/Restore/Recovery principles, and the equivalent architecture and setup on a hyperscaler.
  • Should have deep exposure to SAP migration methodologies and should be able to a participate heavily in low-level planning discussions with customers and partners (e.g., SAP, Microsoft, AWS, etc.).
  • Possess excellent communication skills and should be able to have latitude conversations with client/partner SMEs and architects.
  • Preferably certified in SAP OS/DB migration or SAP S/4HANA conversion.
  • Preferably certified in AZ900, AZ300, and AZ301.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree course, preferably IT or other relevant courses
  • Must have at least 5 years total experience in SAP Basis (Support and Implementation)
  • Must have support or implementation experience in SAP HANA or S/4 HANA Basis
  • Exposure in a Full-Cycle Implementation
  • Experience working in SAP system upgrade, heterogeneous system copy, system performance tuning and troubleshooting of complex basis/ technical issues.
  • Exposure in DB support for SAP Internal customers worldwide.
  • Experience in OS/DB migration,S4HANA Installation/Conversion
  • Experience working on RHEL/SUSE Linux operating system
  • Experience working primarily in HANA and Sybase databases and SAP legacy databases - Oracle, MSSQ, DB2.
  • Experience working and managing Public cloud environments - Azure AWS GCP
  • Support experience in SAP ECC, Portal, BI/BW DataWarehouse, Business Objects, PI, SRM, Solution Manager
  • Experience in Security/GRC is a plus.
