SAP Consultant (SuccessFactors)

Responsibilities:

Support and configure SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Benefits, Payroll, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Learning, On/Offboarding, etc.). Analyse business needs, prepare functional specifications, and manage system enhancements and testing. Administer Role-Based Permissions and ensure smooth upgrades and integrations with SAP/third-party systems. Collaborate with users, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and drive improvements. Ensure compliance with security, data, and governance standards.

Requirements:

Degree in Information Technology or related field. Minimum 5 years' hands-on experience with multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules. Knowledge of SAP/SF integrations; exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies and Data Analysis System is an advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Able to work independently and in cross-functional teams. * SAP SuccessFactors certification preferred.
