Responsibilities:

Agile Leadership: Design and implement Agile Release Trains with Product Management and Release Train Engineers.
Strategic Planning: Define strategic architectural runway aligning ART strategy with organizational goals.
Architectural Design: Maintain overall architecture ensuring scalability, flexibility, and integration.
Technical Leadership: Provide guidance ensuring the architecture supports Agile principles.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration for smooth business value delivery.
Continuous Improvement: Champion initiatives for optimization and efficiency.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, providing proactive solutions.
Industry Trends: Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

Agile Expertise: Proven experience with Agile frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.
SAP CRM: Strong technical expertise in SAP within the CRM framework.
Integration Tools: Experience with Anaplan or other integration tools.
Salesforce: Experienced in Salesforce-centric architectural design.
CTRM: Familiarity with CTRM or other risk management software.
Architecture & DevOps: Strong understanding of software architecture and DevOps practices.
Collaboration: Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Continuous Improvement: Experience with continuous improvement initiatives and design thinking.
