Job Description

We are hiring for an expert in SAP Ariba to lead our Procurement COE to enable finance business & process transformation.

• Salary up to $11,000 + AWS + VB
• 5 days work week at Jurong West
• Opportunity to drive re-engineering processes, redesign workflows and approaches

Responsibilities: * Change enabler that critically assess Enterprise Spend processes, system designs and workflows to bring about simplified, efficient processes and optimizes resources.

• Strategic thinking to develop plans & recommendations, design & deploy innovative financial solutions.
• Creates roadmap that enables system & work processes to support evolving business strategy and ERP upgrades / release.
• Lead and drive successful implementation of roadmap projects & solutions.
• Drive continuous improvements & actively identify gaps, design solutions and/or functional requirements necessary to streamline business processes.
• Design and lead change communication to align plans, actions and deliverables through the impacted departments and teams.
• Institutionalize functional knowledge and design of Finance systems.
• Engage stakeholders to build strong partnership that drives effective implementation of solutions.

Requirements:

• min. Degree in any relevant discipline
• Strong functional knowledge in Finance and Procurement domain.
• min 5 years & above experience in business transformation
• Proficient in re-engineering process and implementing streamlined workflow.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders of various spectrum.
