Job description

• We are looking for an onsite project coordinator at onsite who has a proven track record of managing/coordinating with the onsite/offshore team members and for a smooth transition phase with good client relationships and can build this rapidly.
• The candidate has to actively participate in the pre-transition and transition phase in order to understand the business process and take over interactions from customer, client introduction, customer mapping, solution and win theme design, contract negotiations, demonstrating business value to the client, growing accounts and minimizing revenue leakage within the boundaries of company policies and guidelines.
• Candidate will need to build CXO relationships and should be equipped to create demand for Infosys service offerings in clients’ landscape.
• Understand client-side business requirements and provide value led solutions. Should have strong and clear verbal and written communication skills including addressing escalations, presenting status in management meetings.

Job requirements:

• 11+ years of Consulting experience in SAP FI and FSCM modules. Handled end to end S4 HANA conversion version 2020 FPS01. Expertise in Finance Module in S4 HANA conversion and ECC 6.0 Financial Accounting Configuration sales and account management experience for an IT Services Company is a MUST
• Experience in end-to-end implementation of projects for one of the largest players in the CPG Industry. Worked on impact analysis of S4 HANA implementation on existing processes.
• Primary designer across areas such as: FI – Account Receivables, FSCM - Dispute Management, FSCM - Collection Management, FSCM - Credit Management, Cash Application, New Legal Entity configuration, Managed end to end AR Open Items migration at onsite (Germany) during project cutover for different projects.
• SAP Certified Application Professional - Financials in SAP S/4HANA for SAP ERP Finance Experts (SAP S/4HANA 2020)
• Project management and reporting for multiple public sector accounts in Australia (based in Melbourne)
• Responsible for Statement of Work, CR extensions for both MSA Contract Work and Solutions Delivery Panel
• Managing key activities for audit and compliance for the project
• Handled multiple public sector accounts for invoicing and payment reconciliation

Minimum years of experience

• 10+ years of work experience in IT industry with business analyst and Finances and marketing background
• Expertise in managed end to end AR Open Items migration at onsite (Germany) during project cutover for different projects.
