Job Description

Act as the liaison between US HQ and the Asia region stakeholders on project implementation and provide post Go-Live SAP support.

Preferred SAP/IT knowledge:

• Exposure to Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) (will be a plus point).
• Exposure to automate payables. (will be a plus point).
• Exposure to Ariba (will be a plus point)
• Exposure to Power BI (will be a plus point).

Responsibilities:

• Attend S/4 Pre-projects workshops.
• Involves in S/4 HANA project implementation activities related to FICO module.
• Involves in S/4 HANA data migration activities.
• Involves in S/4 HANA finance mandatory changes activities.
• Analyze new FICO initiatives (PBD) raised by business and work with HQIT to implement the changes.
• Coordinate related UAT activities and provide post Go-Live support.
• Handles SAP FICO Business As Usual (BAU) support and escalate to HQIT for issue investigation and resolution.
• Provide training sessions and facilitate change management.

Qualification/Experience:

• ONLY SINGAPOREAN
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in SAP FICO functional support role (preferably in chemical industry).
• Good knowledge and proficient in FICO module.
• Experience in projects transitioning from ECC to S/4 HANA.
• Experience in SAP ECC and S/4 HANA.
• Knowledge in SAP Configuration.
• Have experience in working with external consultancy during project implementation.
• Comfortable working with external consultancy during project implementation.
• Good project management, teamwork and communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable with global implementations which may require adjustments to core working hours to facilitate participation in workshops and project meetings hosted in different time zones.

Information:

• Salary: Up to $8,000 + AWS + VB (36 months contract)
• Location: HarbourFront Avenue (Nearest MRT HarbourFront)
• Working hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm (Monday to Friday)
