& Responsibilities

• Assist Regional and Local Finance and Operation business owner in business process re-engineering.
• Assist in developing SAP solutions to support EagleBurgmann Template and Local requirement.
• Assist in mapping regional template to global template for S4/HANA Bluefield implementation
• Configuration of SAP FI, CO modules based on business requirements.
• Developing functional specifications for customized report development
• Prepare functional specification, user manual and Conduct key user training
• Support operation in respective module in charge (provide 2nd level support)

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on, full lifecycle SAP implementations \xe2\x80\x93 from Blueprint to Go Live. Experience with design, configuration, and process re-engineering.
• Experience working in S/4 HANA global projects and with different stakeholders
• Experience in an application support environment (issue management, change management)
• Experience in working with S/4 HANA Blue field implementation and data migration from ECC to S/4 HANA.
• In-depth knowledge in Financial GL; Month-end closing; WIP and Accrual Calculation; Product Costing; Profitability Analysis, Corporate and Legal Reporting.
• Ability to create detailed functional and technical specifications (functionality and reports)
• Possess extensive experience in participating sizable system implementation projects in SAP related environment.
• Possess customizing experience in the areas of SAP ERP Version ECC 6.0 and SAP S/4 HANA on at least one of the following modules: FICO, COPA.
• Knowledge of ABAP, ABAP Query, Smart Forms, SAP Script
• Experience in Industry Manufacturing Environment
• Abilitiy to come up with suggestions and improvements for new SAP FICO and S/4HANA functionalities
• Ability to think out-of-the-box, results-oriented, commitment to excellence and being self-motivated are attitudes critical to the success of this role
• Good communication skills especially to facilitate interaction within a multinational and dispersed support environment and with business counterparts
