Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementation projects
  • Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand current financial and accounting processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend SAP FICO solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with other SAP modules and external systems to ensure seamless integration of financial data
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business process documents, functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and successful completion of SAP FICO-related deliverables, adhering to project timelines, scope, and quality standards.
Requirements:
  • At least 8 years\' experience in SAP FICO
  • SAP-accredited certification is a Plus
  • Have done at least 5 implementation lifecycles
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong experience in leading a team and project implementation and collaboratively working with off-shore team
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.
  • Experience and knowledge of consulting practices and techniques.
  • Ability and willingness to deliver results with an aggressive timeline.
  • Specialization in any of the following industries is a big plus

This is a project-based role.
