Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand current financial and accounting processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend SAP FICO solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Work closely with other SAP modules and external systems to ensure seamless integration of financial data
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business process documents, functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and successful completion of SAP FICO-related deliverables, adhering to project timelines, scope, and quality standards.
Requirements:
At least 8 years\' experience in SAP FICO
SAP-accredited certification is a Plus
Have done at least 5 implementation lifecycles
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong experience in leading a team and project implementation and collaboratively working with off-shore team
Good interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.
Experience and knowledge of consulting practices and techniques.
Ability and willingness to deliver results with an aggressive timeline.
Specialization in any of the following industries is a big plus
