About the Role:We are seeking a skilled and dynamic SAP FICO Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in implementing, configuring, and maintaining the SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, ensuring that business processes are optimized and aligned with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements to design SAP FICO solutions.
• Configure and implement SAP FI modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Asset Accounting (AA).
• Configure and implement SAP CO modules, including Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
• Integrate SAP FICO with other modules such as MM, SD, and HR.
• Provide support for end-users, resolve system issues, and implement enhancements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to streamline financial and controlling processes.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and create comprehensive documentation.
• Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live support.

• Experience:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support.
• In-depth knowledge of financial processes such as GL, AP, AR, taxation, and bank accounting.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA FICO (preferred).
• Education: Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field.
• Skills:

• Strong understanding of SAP FICO integration with other SAP modules.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in SAP report generation and data migration.
• Certifications: SAP FICO certification (preferred).
