• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, user requirements, and drive change management.
• Be actively involved in technical requirements gathering and solution design.
• Experience with SAP FICO Modules (GL/AP/AR/FA/CCA, etc.) with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Identity and Access Management (IAM) expertise is preferred, particularly for FICO functions.
• Maintain comprehensive design specifications, documentation, and testing methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide application support and engage in various phases of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
• Oversee vendor management to ensure smooth project execution.
• Handle SAP project design, testing, and training implementation to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Accountancy, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in SAP FICO functional implementation and/or functional support.
• Strong experience with SAP FICO modules (GL/AP/AR/FA/CCA, etc.) with troubleshooting and issue resolution skills.
• Proficient in user access management for SAP FICO functions.
• Hands-on experience in configuring SAP FICO functionalities
• Familiar with Singapore statutory and payroll laws.

GOOD TO HAVE

• Experience in SAP S/4 HANA.
