Sap Hcm / Successfactors Techno Functional Lead
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM professional with strong expertise in SuccessFactors EC/ECP, SAP Time Management, and Payroll, combined with hands-on ABAP debugging and technical integration skills. This role blends functional leadership with technical problem-solving to deliver scalable HR solutions.

2 years direct contract
1 month yearly completion bonus
1-2 months average bonus
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support SAP HCM/SuccessFactors operations, ensuring timely issue resolution and SLA adherence.
Gather requirements, design solutions, configure systems, and deliver enhancements across Payroll, Time, and EC/ECP.
Provide techno-functional support: functional specs, ABAP debugging, custom developments, and interface monitoring (IDoc, BAPI, PI/PO, Web Services).
Drive change requests, testing, documentation, and deployment activities.
Mentor team members and collaborate with vendors to strengthen delivery capabilities.
Ensure compliance with audit, security, and data privacy requirements.
Requirements
5+ years SAP HCM/SuccessFactors experience, with hands-on config in EC/ECP, Payroll, and Time schemas/rules.
Proven techno-functional expertise in ABAP debugging, HR interfaces, and enhancements.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
* Advantage: Experience in multi-country/regional SAP HCM landscapes.
