As an SAP IBP Product Owner, you will play an instrumental role in connecting the business, technical and finance stakeholders to co-create and develop the product into what is best suited for Dyson\'s businesses in Demand Planning and Supply Planning. You will be empowered to determine which product features are relevant for Dyson\'s planners to be tested, monitored or refined for maximal business results.

You will work closely with senior level stakeholders. You must be able to manage and orchestrate widely different technical and business talent across Dyson\'s global supply chain.

About the role

Own SAP IBP as a product owner

Define the product roadmap, including which business capabilities SAP IBP should achieve

Work with key business, technical and finance stakeholders to review new features, prioritize key decisions based on business requirements and communicate key product performance indicators

Establish and maintain good working relationships with critical business and technology stakeholders to ensure alignment for a cohesive product strategy, vision and roadmap

Perform customer research using various means such as surveys, product analytics and market research to understand business needs and influence product updates to refine the capabilities of SAP IBP

Build a close working relationship with the SAP IBP product development group and be a top-of-mind influencer for future capabilities

About you

Bachelor\'s in supply chain master data management, SAP IBP in consumer products, and related planning tools.

Master\'s degree is desirable.

5-7 years\' work experience in global manufacturing businesses.

Cross-functional leadership skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Proven record of accomplishment in large scale SAP IBP product ownership.
