Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced

SAP ILM Consultant

with deep expertise in

Data Archiving, Document Management, Supplier Invoice Management, and SharePoint Integration

. The role requires a proven track record of delivering ILM and ECM solutions across diverse industries, especially within the Southeast Asia market. The ideal candidate will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP ILM projects, leading solution design, implementation, and migration initiatives for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

SAP ILM & Data Archiving

o Design, implement, and support SAP ILM strategies, including data archiving, document archiving, and data retention management.


o Execute SAP DART (Data Retention Tool) and Print List archiving solutions for legacy system decommissioning.


o Build and customize archiving solutions for SAP modules ( Technical, Functional and Z-tables).

Document & Content Management

o Deploy invoice management for vendors and SAP Archive Server upgrades with seamless document migration.


o Implement SAP DMS integrations with Microsoft SharePoint (Online/On-premise).


o Develop enterprise ECM strategies and roadmaps.

Supplier Invoice Management (VIM)

o Deliver SAP Vendor Invoice Management (OpenText VIM) and AI/OCR-enabled Procure-to-Pay workflows.


o Automate invoice processing solutions to improve compliance and operational efficiency.

Client & Project Engagement

o Lead workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define ILM/ECM roadmaps.


o Provide SME support in RFPs, solution design, and implementation strategies.


o Manage delivery of multiple parallel SAP ILM and document management projects.

Emerging Tech & Innovation

o Leverage AI, GenAI, and intelligent automation in data/document archiving solutions.


o Explore cloud-based ECM integrations with Azure and Microsoft security/compliance tools.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Experience:

o 10+ years in SAP ILM, Data Archiving, and Document Management.


o Strong experience working with

OpenText xECM, SAP DMS, and VIM solutions

.


o Demonstrated success in

SAP-Microsoft SharePoint integrations

.


o Proven experience delivering ILM/Archiving projects for large enterprises in

Southeast Asia

(public sector and commercial).


o Background in handling

global client engagements
