We are partnering with a renowned global luxury conglomerate manages the growth and development of a prestigious portfolio encompassing fashion, leather goods, jewelry, and watch Maisons, including several well-known brands.

The role will require you to:

• Integration Solution Design: Review and comprehend detailed functional requirements, technical specifications, and integration requirements to design SAP integration solutions for Finance, Retail, Supply Chain, and MDM.
• Design Workshop Participation: Collaborate in COE\'s model and localization design workshops to ensure the delivery of technical solutions that accurately support local business needs, streamline local business processes, enhance IT simplicity, and optimize solutions.
• Global Design Adaptation: Understand and adapt to the SAP and organization global design model, customizing it as needed to align with localization requirements.
• Integration Expertise: Gain a thorough understanding of non-SAP integration policies and third-party integrations to develop end-to-end business solutions. Serve as the point of contact for local stakeholders in areas such as release management, infrastructure, SAP security, and GRC processes.
• Incident Handling: Act as the primary local technical point of contact for incidents that affect business continuity or service quality. Identify and report risks and mitigation actions while collaborating closely with the SAP CoE support team.
• Technical Initiatives: Drive technical initiatives tailored to the local environment within the organization tech framework and provide support as needed.
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly as they arise, ensuring the seamless operation of systems.
• Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and analyze system performance, proactively suggesting and implementing enhancements to optimize system efficiency and effectiveness.

You will be a great fit if:

• 5+ years of ERP/SAP expertise in application maintenance, development, and roll-out projects.
• 3+ years of SAP integration and development experience.
• Strong grasp of modern technology, architectural design patterns, and integration mechanisms.
• Proven track record in full lifecycle ERP implementations, emphasizing middleware and third-party integrations.
• Proficiency in SAP Middleware (PI-PO) and ABAP.
• Bonus skills: Familiarity with SAP Basis, GRC/SAP Security, batch job monitoring, and release processes. Exposure to BTP or S4 HANA is a plus.
• Nice-to-have experience: SAP FMS or SAP Retail.
• Effective interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Educational background: Bachelor\'s degree in computer science or management information systems.
• Essential: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Bonus: Familiarity with ITSM tools like JIRA, HPQC, Remedy, ServiceNow, or SAP Solution Manager.
• Exceptional analytical and documentation, communication, and presentation skills.
