About the Hiring CompanyThe firm is a market leader in the lifestyle industry, with a strong reputation across the world. With a renowned know-how and expertise, they are currently expanding their team in Asia and recruiting for a SAP MM Analyst to join their team.Reporting to the SAP Director, the successful candidate will be the key team member in the support of SAP MM across the region for the company.Responsibilities will include:
- Provide first and second level support for users in the region on SAP MM module
- Perform system testing and configuration to ensure that the SAP MM module is working as expected
- Be the subject matter expert and provide training to end users on how to use the module
- Work closely with technical teams to implement fixes and enhancements, and ensuring successful integration with other modules when necessary
- Maintain and update documentation for the SAP MM module, including user manuals, process flows, and system configurations
- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in SAP Material Management, preferably in the FMCG/retail industry
- Knowledge in S/4 HANA will be highly regarded
- Ability to communicate well across various level of stakeholders
- Strong sense of accountability and urgency
