We are seeking a highly skilled and client-focused
Solution Consultant (SAP)
to play a pivotal role in shaping enterprise SAP solutions and driving digital transformation for large corporates and government agencies. The ideal candidate combines deep SAP architecture expertise with strong client advisory and presales experience, enabling them to bridge business priorities with scalable technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise Solution Architecture & SAP Expertise
Design and articulate scalable SAP S/4HANA and
GROW with SAP
architectures, aligning SAP best practices with complex enterprise and government processes (finance, supply chain, public sector).
Advise on end-to-end SAP-enabled transformation strategies to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Client Advisory & Business Value Realization
Lead discovery sessions with clients to understand business pain points and translate them into value-driven SAP solutions.
Partner with clients to demonstrate how SAP can address strategic objectives and compliance requirements, particularly within regulated industries and the public sector.
Stakeholder Engagement & Influence
Engage and influence C-level executives, business leaders, and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment between business priorities and SAP solutions.
Build trusted advisory relationships that strengthen long-term client engagement.
Presales Excellence & Deal Shaping
Lead the presales lifecycle: solution scoping, proposal development, RFP responses, solution demonstrations, and competitive positioning.
Collaborate closely with sales, solutioning, and delivery teams to craft compelling business cases and close large-scale enterprise deals.
Contribute to building a strong pipeline of opportunities within enterprise and government accounts.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 8+ years of experience in
SAP solution consulting, presales, or enterprise architecture
, with a proven track record in
S/4HANA
implementations or advisory.
Strong background working with
government agencies
and/or large corporates in regulated industries.
Technical Skills:
Deep knowledge of
SAP S/4HANA
and
GROW with SAP
frameworks.
Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, and public sector processes within SAP.
Ability to translate complex SAP solutions into business-oriented outcomes.
Consulting & Presales Skills:
Demonstrated success in leading value discovery workshops, shaping SAP-enabled strategies, and managing end-to-end presales activities.
Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
Soft Skills:
Strong client advisory skills with a business-value mindset.
Collaborative, agile, and self-motivated with the ability to thrive in fast-paced and competitive environments.
