Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead end-to-end SAP implementation and migration projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in S/4HANA greenfield implementations and ECC migration projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction
What will you do?
Project Management

• Plan, execute, and deliver SAP projects (ECC, S/4HANA) within scope, time, and budget.
• Define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams.
• Manage expectations and ensure clear communication across all levels.

Team Leadership

• Lead cross-functional teams including SAP consultants, developers, and business analysts.
• Provide guidance and resolve conflicts to maintain productivity.

Risk & Issue Management

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with governance and quality standards.

Budget & Resource Management

• Monitor project costs and resource allocation.
• Prepare regular status reports for senior management.

Change Management

• Drive adoption of SAP solutions through training and support.
• Ensure smooth transition from legacy systems to SAP.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess:

• 10-12 years of overall experience (Functional Consultant + Project Management), with at least 5-6 years in SAP project management.
• Involved in at least 4-5 S/4HANA greenfield projects and ECC migration projects.
• Acted as Project Manager for 2-3 S/4HANA greenfield projects and ECC migration projects.
• Completed at least 1 ECC to S/4HANA migration project (brownfield or Selective Data Transition approach).
• Strong understanding of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HR, etc.) and integration points.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration or implementation is highly preferred.
• Due to government project sensitivity, we will only consider Singapore Citizen
