The project comprises of Managed Services for SAP & MS CRM.
Associate is expected to lead the SAP PTP stream and involves taking transition from incumbent team.
A large part of transition is expected to be self learning based on documents & deep dive of the client\xe2\x80\x99s PTP processes in SAP.
Associate is expected to lead the team and meet Service level obligations, Transformation & Value adds
Collaborate with client SME\xe2\x80\x99s & client leadership.
Excellent communication & Service level reporting capabilities is a MUST
Lead the PTP team based out of Singapore & India in meeting service level obligations (incident management, Change management, problem management), transformation initiatives etc.
Qualifications
Overall 8 years of extensive experience in SAP MM experience, out of which at least 2 project experience in S/4 Hana MM & WM. (MUST TO HAVE)
At least 1 E2E implementation experience.
Experience as MM/WM lead in at least 2 support project
Expert in interfaces, IDOCs, workflows , Procurement process, Inventory and Warehouse Management & Integrations with another module like SD, FICO,PPQM
Expert in business requirement gathering, conducting business workshops, designing & deploying business process & identifying business gaps & proposing best fit alternate solutions
Coordinate with development & functional team and monitor the progress of change request activities
Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers and subject matter experts in SAP MM/WM.
S/4 Hana implementation, rollout and support experience
Knowledge of Service tool e.g. Service now, Remedy (Service Requests, Incident & Change Management Process)
Actively participate in project and enhancement reviews
Excellent customer handling skills required
Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving complex environment
