The Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will be of a PTP team lead, with team members in Singapore and India. Your responsibility will include but not limited to achieve the required SLA\'s (incident management, change management, problem management), advancing transformation initiatives, and more:

• Manage and take charge of the SAP PTP projects, including of any projects being transitioned to your team. You are responsible to be able to continue delivering the PTP projects by independently analysing the existing processes and documents
• Liaise directly with external SME\'s to deliver the projects. Your communication skills, reporting skills, and your ability to traverse on complex scenarios to deliver result are essential
• As a team lead, you are to ensure the SLA\'s are met. Your responsibility will also include to deliver transformation and value-added efforts

The Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in either Computer Science or Information Technology
• More than 8 years of experience in SAP MM/WM. Experience with S/4 Hana implementation, rollout, and support
• At least 2 projects involvements in S/4 Hana MM & WM being the project lead, with a minimum of 1 full end-to-end implementation experience
• Possess advanced skills in gathering business requirements, conducting business workshops, designing and implementing business processes, identifying gaps, and proposing optimal alternative solutions
• Demonstrated experience with SAP modules integrations (SD, FICO, PP, and QM). Familiar with interfaces, IDOCs, workflows, procurement procedures, inventory and warehouse management
• Liaise and collaborate with both technical and functional teams, overseeing the progress of change request activities
• Ability to liaise eloquently with a diverse range of stakeholders. This includes executives, managers, and SAP MM/WM subject matter expert
• Familiarity with various service tools (ServiceNow and Remedy) for managing service requests, incidents, and change management processes
• Actively engaged in project and enhancement reviews. Demonstrated excellent customer handling skills. Proven ability to approach problem-solving with both creativity and analytical rigor
