Job Description

The SAP SD Lead-to-Cash Consultant specializes in managing and optimizing the end-to-end sales process within SAP\'s Sales and Distribution (SD) module, focusing on the "Lead-to-Cash" cycle. This includes everything from capturing leads and managing opportunities to order fulfillment, invoicing, and receipt of payment. The consultant ensures that SAP SD is configured to efficiently handle the sales, order management, pricing, billing, and revenue recognition processes, supporting business objectives and enhancing operational efficiency.Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide support and maintenance for SAP SD modules, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
• Gather and document business requirements, translating them into effective system solutions.
• Lead workshops to collect business needs and map them to SAP SD functionalities.
• Customize, configure, and test SAP SD processes, including pricing, order management, and billing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring smooth system operations.
• Provide consulting for both new implementations and ongoing support projects.
• Liaise between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment on solutions.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• SAP SD Expertise: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution, including pricing, order management, billing, and logistics.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin (spoken).
• Experience: 12+ years of SAP SD experience, with 5+ years in full-cycle implementations and support projects.
• Master Data Management: Knowledge of managing master data related to sales processes.
• Credit Management & FI Integration: Familiarity with credit management and financial integration within SAP SD.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify system gaps, propose solutions, and troubleshoot effectively.

Certifications (Preferred):

• SAP Certified Application Associate - Sales and Distribution, ERP 6.0 EhP7 or similar.
