The project comprises of Managed Services for SAP & MS CRM.
Associate is expected to lead the SAP SD stream and involves taking transition from incumbent team.
A large part of transition is expected to be self learning based on documents & deep dive of the clients SD processes in SAP.
Associate is expected to lead the team and meet Service level obligations, Transformation & Value adds, Collaborate with client SMEs & client leadership.
Excellent communication & Service level reporting capabilities is a MUST
Lead the SD team based out of Singapore & India in meeting service level obligations (incident management, Change management, problem management), transformation initiatives etc.
Qualifications:
Overall 8 years of extensive experience in SAP SD experience, out of which at least 2 project experience in S/4 Hana-GTS (MUST TO HAVE)
GTS knowledge with SAP S/4Hana is a must.
Should have knowledge of Taxation: - GST, E invoicing and E way bill
Lead experience in at least 2 AMS projects and managing atleast team of 5 members.
Knowledge of Batch Management
Must have pharma experience
Knowledge of Idocs
Have worked on LSMWs, BADI, BAPI.
Experience in working on enhancements, analysis of complex business process requirements and provides appropriate system solutions
Strong Knowledge in Designing Pricing procedure and accounting
Knowledge of STO process
Have worked on creating queries in SAP
Performs detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provides appropriate system solutions
