Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD/MM Consultant to lead the supply chain transformation initiative, migrating from legacy ERP systems to SAP S/4HANA.





This role will focus on Materials Management and Sales & Distribution processes within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry, ensuring seamless business continuity during our digital transformation.





Business Analysis & Requirements


Capture and analyze business requirements for procurement, inventory management, and distribution processes Translate complex business needs into SAP SD/MM functional specifications Conduct gap analysis between current legacy system processes and SAP S/4HANA capabilities Design future-state processes aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements SAP SD/MM/WM Implementation Configure SAP S/4HANA Materials Management (MM) modules including procurement, inventory management, and vendor management Design and implement Sales & Distribution (SD) processes covering order management, pricing, and logistics Implement Warehouse Management (WM/EWM) solutions for complex inventory tracking and third-party logistics integration Configure Quality Management (QM) processes for regulatory compliance and batch tracking requirements Establish integration points with external systems including customer EDI, third-party logistics providers, and B2G service platforms Support master data migration and validation activities Serve as subject matter expert for fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) supply chain processes Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards throughout the implementation Design solutions for complex distribution networks including direct sales, distributors, and retail channels Support integration with specialized FMCG industry systems and reporting requirement
Project Execution & Support


Participate in system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) Develop functional specifications and configuration documents Support data migration activities and validation procedures Provide training and knowledge transfer to end users and support teams Lead change management activities and post-go-live support
Experience & Background


7+ years of hands-on SAP SD/MM/WM functional consulting experience full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations Experience with legacy ERP systems Consumer goods or FMCG industry experience preferred
Technical Competencies (ideal)


SAP S/4HANA Materials Management (MM) including procurement, inventory management, and vendor management SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) including order management, pricing, and logistics execution SAP Warehouse Management (WM/EWM) for inventory tracking and 3PL integration SAP Quality Management (QM) for batch tracking and regulatory compliance
