Job Description

We are seeking a Data & Access Specialist to oversee SAP master data governance, access rights, and process change management across the Group. The role ensures business process changes, system access modifications, and master data processes are executed in a controlled, compliant, and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage SAP user access, roles, and security (DEV/QAS/PROD), ensuring compliance with SoD and audit requirements.
• Oversee and govern SAP master data processes, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance across business units.
• Coordinate and monitor process changes, transport requests, and system access modifications.
• Conduct regular audits, manage compliance reporting, and maintain policy documents.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and SAP teams (functional/ABAP)
• Provide user support for access-related issues and contribute to SAP enhancements, upgrades, or migrations.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in SAP Security/Authorization Management and Master Data Governance.
• Familiarity with SAP Basis and transport management.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC environments.
• Strong understanding of SoD principles, audit, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently across geographies with high integrity and attention to detail.
