Primary duties and responsibilities:

• Propose and design solution to meet the business needs. Ensure a fully integrated enterprise system to meet the business needs within the stipulated timeframe and allocated resources.

• Responsible to ensure the proposed solution is aligned with the overall architecture design.

• Responsible to conform and comply with the program standards, processes and SAP specific technical standards defined for the project.

• Responsible to solution and implement all the integration points and interfaces between various SAP system components, any selected 3rd party software and other applications/systems.

• Perform the following key activities:

\xc3\x98 Run workshops; facilitate group discussions; perform gap analysis between business requirements and SAP ERP. \xc3\x98 Propose solution to fulfil the business requirements and recommend potential areas for streamlining. \xc3\x98 Recommend industry best practice to users to improve the business processes. \xc3\x98 Document the business process flow using the tool identified for the project and ensure compliance of the rules and requirements. \xc3\x98 Configure SAP for the proposed solution. \xc3\x98 Design and document the specification for program development and ensure the developed program meet the user requirements. \xc3\x98 Plan, identify, define and conduct System Integration Test and User Acceptance Test to ensure the proposed solution fulfil the business requirements. \xc3\x98 Collate information required for the authorization setup. \xc3\x98 Plan and define the data migration requirements as well as oversee the successful completion of the data migration activities to enable system implementation. \xc3\x98 Plan and prepare the training materials as well as to conduct the user training. \xc3\x98 Plan and perform the cutover for the modules assigned. \xc3\x98 Ensure programs developed pass the required vulnerability assessments and code quality inspections. \xc3\x98 Deliver all project documentations defined for the projects, for example, functional requirements, test cases, training materials, cutover execution plan and data migration specification etc. \xc3\x98 Provide on-site support where necessary. \xc3\x98 Troubleshoot any problems reported before and after implementation of solution

• Ensure optimal system design and configuration of the SAP functionality.

• Ensure the quality of the deliverables.

• Participate in any quality assurance activities and resolve any risks or areas for improvement identified.

• Perform risk management which includes identification of risk; provision of mitigation solutions and management for risks.

• Responsible to provide progress status update to Solution Architect, Project Manager and other management which include preparation and presentation in meetings.

• Responsible to perform impact assessment on change requests, design and present solution to users, perform configuration, test and implement the solution to meet requirements within the stipulated timeframe.

• Review and troubleshoot reported cases and work with the internal/external teams to develop solution that will ensure integrity of enterprise system and meet the business needs within the stipulated timeframe.

• Responsible to manage and resolve all problems reported and service requests received during the maintenance phase.

Pre-Requisites :

• Qualification:

o The candidate(s) should possess at least a Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Equivalent.

• Competencies:

o Good knowledge and proficient in Materials Management (MM) module. o Knowledge in integration with other SAP ERP modules is essential [e.g. PM, FI, CO, FM, PS, SD, HCM] o Knowledge of Accelerated SAP (ASAP) methodology and toolsets. o Ability to design, develop and articulate solutions based on strategic business or technical requirement. o Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing timelines and expectations, and producing high quality deliverables (documentation, presentations, research).

• Working Experience:

o Minimum four (4) years functional configuration experience o Minimum two (2) years\xe2\x80\x99 experience with SAP Material Management-Procurement module and two (2) years implementation or maintenance experience of SAP interfaces to external Systems.

• Security Clearance Level:

o Due to security requirements, the Tenderer shall ensure the proposed candidates are Singaporean. To obtain security clearance of at least CAT 2A prior to starting work on the project.
