The EX team is continuously looking to build its capabilities and competencies in line with SAP\xe2\x80\x99s regional strategy and in working with our clients both old and new on their transformation journey.: We are seeking an experienced SAP Employee Central Payroll (EC Payroll) Consultant to join our team and lead multi-country payroll implementations. You will play a key role in configuring the system to meet complex payroll requirements, ensuring best practices are followed, and providing ongoing support to clients.Responsibilities

  • Lead and participate in the implementation of SAP EC Payroll for clients.
  • Conduct thorough business process analysis to understand client needs and map them to the EC Payroll system.
  • Configure EC Payroll settings for various payroll elements, deductions, and contributions specific.
  • Integrate EC Payroll with other HR and financial systems.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and conduct thorough testing to ensure accurate payroll processing.
  • Train client personnel on the use of EC Payroll.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, troubleshooting issues and resolving payroll queries.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest SAP EC Payroll functionalities and legislative changes in Singapore and China.
  • Document processes and procedures to ensure knowledge transfer.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an SAP EC Payroll Consultant with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of payroll concepts and processes in Singapore
  • Experience with SAP HCM/SuccessFactors is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Additional Skills (desirable)
  • Certification in SAP Payroll or SuccessFactors.
  • Experience with other HR modules in SAP HCM or SuccessFactors.
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience working in a consulting environment.
