SAP MTO Vistex Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

SAP MTO Vistex Consultant

with 8-10 years of expertise in implementing and supporting SAP Vistex modules. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of rebate management, chargebacks, and Vistex configuration, and be capable of working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and business satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and implement SAP Vistex modules including:

Paybacks

Chargebacks

Customer Rebates

Sales Incentives

Set up and manage agreements across the end-to-end lifecycle. Handle

IP configuration

, accruals, and settlement processes within Vistex. Maintain and manage

Data Maintenance Pricing (DMP)

configurations. Support Vistex pricing and batch job processes, including understanding scheduling, dependencies, and performance. Perform basic ABAP debugging and implement minor technical changes in coordination with the development team. Work with

Jira or similar tools

for change request management, ensuring proper tracking and deployment in production environments. Lead and conduct business workshops and end-user training sessions. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including functional consultants, developers, and business users, to deliver robust solutions aligned with business requirements.

Requirements:

At lelast 8-10 years of experience in SAP, with at least 5 years in

SAP Vistex implementation and support

. Strong functional understanding of:

Billbacks/Chargebacks

Customer Rebate Programs

Sales Incentive Processes

Deep expertise in configuration and support of

SAP Vistex solutions

, including paybacks, chargebacks, and pricing structures. Familiarity with

Vistex agreement structures

, master data setup, and end-to-end pricing flows. Experience with

batch jobs

and

performance monitoring

. Proficiency in

basic ABAP debugging

and collaborating with technical teams for enhancements. Strong knowledge of

change management processes

and experience working with tools like

Jira

or ServiceNow. Excellent communication skills and ability to conduct

user training sessions

and

requirement workshops

Preferred Qualifications:

SAP Vistex Certification (if available) Experience in Manufacturing or Distribution industries * Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
