What we are looking for:

We have an exciting opportunity available in SAPMENA Zone Operations Division. This role will be based in Singapore will report to the SAPMENA Sourcing Excellence Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

Responsible in ensuring overall realization of Indirect sourcing teams acting in accordance with compliance principles, social responsibilities, sustainability vision & simplification/efficiency for the SAPMENA Region (South Asia Pacific, Middle East, and North Africa) encompassing 12 markets/countries.

• Oversees evaluation and management of risks by reinforcement of proper risk management controls and methodologies
• Key sourcing regional lead for sustainability topics concerning human rights protection, environment preservation, business integrity and diversity & inclusion
• Acts as the process lead for sourcing information systems and ensures knowledge consistency across the sourcing community
• Responsible in upskilling of local country excellence leads to be the champion on all sourcing excellence related topics.
• Coordinate with global excellence for the development and adjustment of the solutions and support countries with training and support needs
• Release regular dashboard reports to track performance

• Bachelor\'s degree or above in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain Management or a related area
• Proven experience of minimum 5 years in procurement, excellence is a plus
• Experience with implementation projects and change management in a multinational environment
• Good analytical skills
• Multiple countries\' or Regional / SAPMENA experience will be a plus
• Excellent communication / influencing skills in English (written & verbal) with good
• stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to work and navigate in complex organizations
