:This job is based in Satair, if you want to know more about our business, please click to find out more. \xe2\x80\x8bJob ResponsibilitiesPerform Know Your Customer (KYC) screening of new (sold-to) customer accounts includingScreen customer details in Satair\xe2\x80\x99s screening tool CatalystMitigate and clear Red flags and hits on Management and OwnershipMitigate and clear Red flags on Sanctions list and external and internal watchlistsPerform a customer RISK analysisEscalate to management for clarification as requiredUpdate Catalyst, SAP account dataUpdate Customer data and record keepingAnalyse and approve/reject customer End Use Statements includingScreening of all transaction parties listed (sold-to, ship-to, end user and other)Validate and confirm End Use and End UserPerform a RISK analysisPerform Export Control screening of new ship-to accounts includingScreen customer details in Satair\xe2\x80\x99s screening tool CatalystMitigate and clear Red flags and hits relevant for ship-to partiesPerform a RISK analysisEscalate to management for clarification as requiredUpdate Catalyst, SAP account dataUpdate Customer data and record keepingPerform a re-screening (KYC) of customer accounts.Screen and analyse third parties, business partners and persons to support other business functions.Perform continuous RISK analysis and evaluation of accounts and countries to meet the changing conditions of global politics and events.Maintain records and Master Data.Manage and clear alerts in CatalystSupport Know Your Supplier (KYS) screening when needed.Job RequirementsSupport Know Your Supplier (KYS) screening when needed.Fluent in English, both verbal and written (mandatory)Knowledge of US and EU export control lawsKnowledge of National export control and customs lawsExperience in Compliance screening of customersFamiliar with logistics operations and customer supportFamiliar with Google Mail, Google Drive, Google Sheets and similar applicationsAnalytical and detail orientedWell structuredThis job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company\xe2\x80\x99s success, reputation and sustainable growth.Company: Satair Pte LtdContract Type: PermanentExperience Level: ProfessionalJob Family: Ethics & Compliance
