About the Graduate Programme - how you'll learn and grow

You will be aligned to a workstream within SC Ventures, striving towards achieving our collective desired outcomes and key results. Opportunities for 2026
As part of the assessment process, we'll help you explore which of the following workstreams best match your strengths and interests:
Design and Innovation: Design, deliver, and scale initiatives that enable employees to become Intrapreneurs, support venture-building teams, and strengthen our culture of innovation.
Marketing and Communications: Develop business-centric communications to not only protect the Group's reputation, brand and services, but also leverage social media and other new age channels to build up our ventures.
Finance: Conduct market research to complement the preparation of financial statements and reports, managing the budget and making projections and forecasts.

• A strong analytical mindset, comfortable with data analysis and presentation.

• You must be a final year student or recent graduate able to start full-time employment in July 2026.
