What the role is:
We are seeking a passionate and strategic individual to join our team, focusing on elevating the profile of accountancy careers and the Singapore Chartered Accountant Qualification (SCAQ) through impactful promotion and outreach initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing strategies to engage industry stakeholders-including the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA), Accredited Training Organisations (ATOs), Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs), and Registered Learning Organisations (RLOs)-to champion accountancy as a career of choice and the SCAQ as the qualification of choice for both accountancy and non-accountancy graduates. You will lead efforts to conceptualize and deliver campaigns, develop compelling promotional materials, and enhance the value proposition of the accountancy profession to inspire students and drive interest in accountancy as a preferred career path. You will also spearhead sectoral partnerships with agencies, educational institutions, trade associations, and professional bodies to encourage graduates-including diploma and non-accountancy graduates-to join the accountancy sector. You will also work with employers to provide structured training and employment opportunities for new entrants and strengthen the sector's employee value proposition to ensure robust career prospects to attract and develop accountancy talent. What you will be working on:

• Develop and drive promotion and outreach efforts in collaboration with industry stakeholders to ensure SCAQ continues to be the qualification of choice o Develop a holistic promotion, outreach plan, and drive creative ideation of activities and campaign to enhance interest and desirability for accountancy as a career of choice

What we are looking for:

• At least 5 years of relevant working experience with at least 3 years in marketing-related roles o Strong creative flair for marketing with ideas to guide creative development o Possess strong initiative, interpersonal and communications skills o Strong project management skills with the ability to navigate issues, offer solutions and adhere to timelines to effectively roll out campaigns / promotion and outreach activities o Have experience working with creative, media, and/or public relation agencies o Past experience working on sectoral campaign development will be an advantage o Ability to manage multiple projects/deadlines simultaneously and work independently
