Job Description
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:1. Prepare and create short course runs in a training management system2. Book classroom and trainer and update information in the training management system3. Create classes for Academic Programme in the training management systema. Format timetables from schools and upload to the training management systemb. Verify and check the timetable4. Prepare and create assessment runs in the training management systema. Book assessment venue and invigilator5. Publish course runs on the website6. Prepare logistics for confirmed runs7. Inform the trainer, school and PA of confirmed runs8. Confirm trainer appointment9. Send refreshment order to the vendor10. Book air-conditioner (if required)11. Cancel class or assessment and update the status in the training management system12. Cancel classroom, trainer/invigilator and registered learners of cancellation13. Prepare and compile monthly reports on course and programme runsPeriod:
- 1 year contract
- Singapore Polytechnic
- Mon to Fri 8.30am - 6pm
- Up to $2100 + PB
